Okay I am confused. I received a brochure about renewing my DVC AP and the price quoted was 50 dollars higher than what the DVC website says. The brochure says 365 while online it says 315. Does this mean there is going to be a price hike May1?? My AP is up for renewal on May 12.

I just got my renewal form today, it lists the price as $335.48 for a WDW AP with DVC discount. ($315+tax=$335.48)

thanks Chuck. I was hoping it was 315. I knew I was looking at WDW AP DVC prices. will be getting mine before 1st ofthe month just in case.

This will be our first time getting AP's for our Sept trip - does Disney ever give an announcement that they'll be raising the prices in two weeks, a month, or whatever time frame or do they just raise the AP prices and that's it.

Thanks!

Ty

Sometimes, but not always. Usually you will start see an increase in the number of rumors, then a soft of official announcement only a few days in advance, usually in the Orlando Sentinel.

Generally you'll see the info here on the boards, but usually the day before the increase. Last summer there was a rumored increase on a Saturday, so we all quickly got online and purchased new ones, or renewed our old ones. It saved us $100 between 5 APs we needed. Better in my pocket than Disney, of course, it went to Disney later, but not through our APs.

Thank you both for your replies - I'll just keep my eyes open on the board and look for the rumors pick up again. I'll buy our passes at that point.
