AP pickup questions

Hi guys! I've done a bit of digging on the forums to see about other people's experiences with picking up AP cards, but I do still have a couple of questions.

I bought AP online a couple of weeks ago, and we have a trip coming up next weekend where we need to pick up our cards before our first day in the parks on Saturday. I was planning on either going to Guest Relations in Disney Springs around dinner time on the day we get there (Friday), or trying to pick up the cards the morning of at Epcot. On a Saturday in July, I would assume the ticket windows would be pretty busy in the morning, so would it be worth it to try to do it the night before to avoid waiting very long?

Also, I'm using the monthly payment plan, but this past weekend the card I used for the purchase was the victim of cc fraud, and I've been issued a new card. I am going to call to update my monthly payment information once I have the new card number, but since I've seen a few people say you need the original credit card you used to purchase the passes in order to pick them up, will that be a problem? I will at least have the confirmation email/barcode printed out to bring with me along with my ID.

You can always take your old credit card as confirmation. They don’t place a charge on it - it’s just used to ID the purchase.

DSprings may be faster but at Epcot, you can pick up your ticket card at any ticket or Guest Relations window.

There’s a Ticket and AP Sticky on the Theme Parks Board. :)

I've never had to show my cc when I activate mine but I don't have an option for a payment plan and mine is already paid for and attached to MDE. I like to go to the ticket windows, the one at IG at Epcot seems to be the fastest but really, I've never stood in line at any of them longer than 5 min. I just have an ID and my MB with me and that works.
