AP Pickup locations

I am taking a short notice trip to Orlando (nobody in the office wanted to go to a conference and I got "stuck" with it!) and bought APs for myself and the family. Seemed to make sense since I already had a 7 day trip planned and payed for September. Anyway, I was told I could pick them up will-call at the parks. Does anybody know if I can pick them up anywhere else? Guest Relations at Downtown Disney maybe?

Gee, tough job! Have any openings? Seriously, I know that if you have vouchers and are going to AK, you pick up your AP at Guest Relations, NOT at the ticket booths. A few weeks ago, I stood way too long in the wrong line before I found out.

Guest relation is probably the place.

Yep I got mine last year at Guest Relations in Downtown Disney- the perfect place to get it because it is much less crowded than the parks! Have fun!

Can you also renew an AP at Guest Relations?

Well maybe I spoke too soon. Do you have a voucher? If you have the voucher you can get it at Guest relations. I don't know about renewing but I bet you could- check the passholder website-

Don't have a voucher. I'm a DVC member and bought it via Member Services. They told me to bring my DVC member card and my drivers license.

As far as I know, Guest Services at Downtown Disney does everything that Guest Services at the parks do - so I'd say yes.

I believe you can get them at your hotel too. But any park for sure!

Disney resorts cannot do any transactions dealing with AP's. Any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or DTD can do the AP sales, AP will call pickups and/or AP voucher exchanges. That includes DVC ones as well.

We are staying at BC - can I pick them up at IG? Shouldn't be too crowded there right?
