About to order our AP's for an upcoming trip .
For delivery options it lists ..........
Will Call Kiosk
Ticket Window Pick-up

Whats really the difference between these two options ?
Any benefit to choosing one over the other ?

Is it just as easy to purchase AP's while actually at Universal instead of before hand or should we order them online before the trip :confused3 .
We will need one for the Hotel AP rate too .........is that needed at check-in , or do they just need to see one before check-out ?

Getting excited .........was able to stretch our WDW visit to include 3 nights at Royal Pacific !

Thanks !

The biggest difference is that there aren't usually any lines at the kiosks but are long lines at the ticket booths. There are kiosks in the hotel lobbies too, so you can just pick them up at the hotels.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TICKETS
To pick up your tickets, follow the signs to the Will Call Kiosks, which are ONLY located at the front gate of either Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure theme parks. At the machines you will need the credit card used for this purchase and your confirmation number. Please be sure to bring them with you!

I thought there were kiosks in the hotels too ??? :confused3
I was hoping to pick them up at RPH when we check in .

Maybe this is just a generic response , since they dont know if the AP purchaser is staying at a Universal resort ?

Oh yea , assuming that I can pick- up AP's from a kiosk in the lobby of RPH . Can I also purchase a few 4 day park to park tickets using the AP discount at the hotel also ?

Yes, there are kiosks in all the hotel lobbies. Not sure why that hasn't been updated.

I'm not sure if you can get the AP discount at concierge in the hotels. You might need to do that at the ticket booths at the parks. Make sure that you realize that your discount is off of gate prices and not online prices.

Thanks for the update on the kiosks damo !

Yes, I am aware the AP discounted tickets are off the gate prices . We could order them online , or get em at the gate with the AP discount ..... It works out to be about the same .

If that is the case, I suggest ordering them online and using the same kiosk pick up as your AP. You may end up waiting 20 minutes at the ticket booths.
