AP pick up at hotel?

We were just there 2 weeks ago and could not pick up our flex pay AP at Portofino. We had to do it at guest services at the park

We were just there 2 weeks ago and could not pick up our flex pay AP at Portofino. We had to do it at guest services at the park

How long did that process take you? We're also getting FL resident AP (which I just realized also requires pickup at the park, not hotel - whether flex pay or not) and I'm just trying to figure out how early I can get to park to pick up and not have that process affect the day. I did that last spring at Disney and it took 2 hours!
