To add on to what my fiancee said, there was a family from Arizona who drove all the way to DLR and were denied the chance to get their ticket situation fixed at guest services. They said the best they could do was to purchase NEW tickets for all 4 of them and take care of the tickets that were NOT activated by the people at the Disney Store once they got back. Some people DON'T have money like that. It was RIDICULOUS.
Okay...now I'm freaking out a little...I'm concerned that the 1 AP I bought at the Oakridge Mall Disneystore is also not activated. When I called DL guest services after I bought it to confirm it's activation I was told that there was no way to do this over the phone and that we'd just need to wait until we got to DL. How did you know before getting there that yours weren't activated?
