Just got my AP in the mail!! Very excited, two trips this year!! So, I rush to my computer to sign on and check out the passholder part of the disney website and..............I can't get on. I am putting in all of the info and it keeps putting me back to the Logon screen. Has anyone had experience with this? Do I have to wait awhile or something? I looked under technical issues, but didn't find anything regarding this. Thanks for any help anyone can shed on this problem!!

I haven't been able to get into the passholder site for a few days now...keep getting a 'systems error'. Some have been able to get in, but not me.

Sometimes the AP section of the website is very difficult to log in. For one thing, they appear to take it down for a few hours every night, so if you are trying late at night or early in the morning, you may have problems.

Make sure you are selecting the correct "blank" AP to enter your data. I have the regular 4 park AP, not the Premium. I use the first one. If you ordered your pass by mail, you may have a voucher to be redeemed instead of an actual AP, so it's important that you pick the right one. If you try one and it doesn't work, try another.

If you have the actual AP, the data is at the bottom of your AP. I enter the three letter code first, for example, "WEC", then the exact number shown, for example, "089", then the date, for example, "05/03/08", and then the last number exactly as shown, for example, it may be from one to four digits long, so if it says "25", don't enter "0025", just enter "25".

I've never tried to do it from a voucher instead of the actual AP, but I would assume the procedure is the same - it's just a matter of finding out which blank you need to use.

Clear the cookies for your browser and that will fix it. I was having the problem for a couple of days, and just tried that, and now it works. This seems to have been an issue in the past as well.

I normally use Safari and could not access the webpage, so instead went through Firefox and that worked. I have no idea why......:confused3

I just got on the site right now, so try it again and see if you can get on.

I was able to logon without any problem. Sorry to say there is nothing new :rolleyes1

Just curious, we are getting our annual passes next week and just what is available on the site? Thanks for any information.

I have been getting "system error" for the past 4 days. I've cleared cookies and everything...:confused3

Sometimes if I have issues getting in using using IE, I can get in easily through Netscape.

Thanks for the help, I cleared cookies and was able to get in!! Now, come on AP rates for June!!!

Now I can't access the site on either Safari or Firefox!

I did this last night and it worked for me...now today it says system error again:confused3 so does that mean we have to clear cookies from our computers every time we want to get to the passholder sight?:confused3
doesn't make sense:confused:

I have AOL and have lots of problems getting into the site on my desktop using AOL as my browser.

I setup my laptop to use Mozilla Firefox as the browser to get into the AP website and it works better.
