when are these pass activated ? when you get the voucher or when you trade the voucher in ? how long do they give you to trade the voucher in?

Depends...

If you get a voucher it begins when you trade it for a pass.

If you get a pass, Ocala Welcome center. disney at the airport,or the Gate. It has an expire date on it.

I heard of people having a voucher for 1 1/2 years and it's still good.

I just picked up the vouchers at the Disney store today.

My mom got a voucher back in '94 for a FL season pass (they had a lot of "black out" periods then). She didn't exchange the voucher until last February (2003) and she was able to use the ($99) voucher for a FL season pass (that now costs $189)!!

If they are true vouchers and don't have expiration dates they don't expire until a year after you active them (exchange them for the actual pass).
