AP passes or PHP?

I need some help. I have a 7 for 5 package in Oct. Actually were staying 8 nights. I'm hoping to change this ressie to a room only ressie IF AP discounts will ever come out. I do know I will have to completely cancel this ressie if AP rates come out. I've purchased an Annual Pass for me-what do you guys do for tickets? Is it better to purchase AP's for everyone? We are planning on squeaking out another trip if discounts are good. Any advice on this matter is appreciated.
