AP Parking

Hi All,

I was wondering if an experienced AP holder could answer this for me.

Whilst we have visited DLP more times than I can remember we have never parked in the main parking lot - either because we were staying on site or because we parked in the village instead. I'm trying to put forward a case to my DH for us having APs for our Christmas trip and obviously the free parking is a perk of this (however he does love the convenience of the village multi-story)

Am I right in thinking that AP parking is just good for the main lot, not for on site hotels car parks? There is some conflicting info online about this.

Is there a separate AP park of the main parking or do you park with everyone else? Do you queue to get in the car park? Does it take long to then get to the park? Is it far to walk?

AP holders can no longer park in the hotel car parks. From my understanding you park in the same car park as everyone else ( no separate area) and you queue like everyone else.

Depending on where you end up in the car park it can be a bit of a trek. I'm sure people have said you can use your AP and get discounted parking in the multi storey car park in the Village

Thanks tennisfan that's interesting. With two little ones I'd rather pay and be closer than walk miles through the car park (think I'm scarred after walking my 3yo through wdw car parks!) however it would be really interesting to find out if you could get a discount at the village car park - does anyone know if this is true?

They do have a moving (when its working) walkway so you aren't actually walking in the car park once there. However have found a thread which talks about parking Here and mentions that if you have a Dream AP you can get discounted parking in the Village car park

Hi it's 2.50 Euros per day for the AP (we had Fantasy passes) village car park rate. Once you've parked and got your ticket you need to go to the car park office with your ticket and AP and they validate it straight away for the day, don't do it before you exit they won't do it then. Also you can get discounts every day except for Sunday. This was as of May this year.
