AP Park Pass “next day” time

We are planning a trip in June with mixed party of APs and tickets staying off-site. We’ve booked park passes for ticket holders for all days and prioritized first day and 2 HS days for the 3 AP park passes. At what time on day one, after tapping in, can we make the “next day” for AP park pass?

I absolutely hate the park pass system. It makes going to a park virtually impossible unless you plan weeks/months ahead. For a local passholder it’s very disappointing.
