AP offer

got a question about the AP-offer I got, as I´m not a native speaker.

They write:

This offer cannot be combined with other offers ( Ex: Sponsorship...) and only for.....

Does Ex in this means except, or exclude ??

Would like to know before I start fighting with them this weekend
