AP / Magic Slider / and Magic band questions

A few questions...

1 - I'm activating an AP in December. Will I receive an AP Magic Slider with my magic bands, when I activate it at Disney or do they not even do the sliders anymore?

2 - If I purchase a specialty Magic Band beforehand (or even at a Park) - how and when does all my information get transferred onto it?

3 - I'm going again in late March and early April with split stays all following each other: I can book fastpasses for the entire trip starting 60 days out from my first stay correct?

4 - If I buy a specialty Magic Band in December, how do I continue using it for my next trip?

5 - Does DVC give out Magic Sliders anymore?

I'm sure some of these are simple questions to most of you but I get overwhelmed at times. Thanks in advance!

2 - If I purchase a specialty Magic Band beforehand (or even at a Park) - how and when does all my information get transferred onto it?

Nothing is ever transferred onto a band. It simply acts as a key to whatever you have linked in your MDE profile, like how multiple people can have a key to your house. You can have multiple active bands linked to your account, and they'll all work interchangeably.

Once you activate the AP, you will be able to order the MagicBand for the passholder affiliation. A AP Slider should be included in the package when that MB ships.

All you need to do is link the retail MagicBand to your MDE account. Once linked, it will work just like any other MB linked to your account.

4 - If I buy a specialty Magic Band in December, how do I continue using it for my next trip?

As long as it's marked as Active in MDE, you can use it.

5 - Does DVC give out Magic Sliders anymore?

Nope.
