AP Hotel rates?

Can anyone do me a solid and see what the rates are for Feb. 5-7? The Disneyland hotel without the annual pass is $288 a night. Wanted to see if it was at all cheaper with the annual pass. Was planning on buying an AP when we go, but if it makes the hotel cheaper, I will just buy now and go for a day before our trip.

Same price when I log into the AP portion of the site. It says it is Enchanting Room Offer and not a AP discounted room.

Sometimes I get the Passholder price to pop up when I look. The $288 turned into like $267. It's not much cheaper, but it comes with a $20 dining voucher and a fast pass.

You can just call and book the AP rate and by your AP when you get there.

When do AP rates generally become available? I'm especially interested in knowing when AP rates for June 2017 might become available.

Really? Do we just call the hotel directly and ask for AP rate? They don't need proof until you check In?
