AP holders...HELP!!!

Ok i thought Deb was joking about this code thing on the back of my voucher, someone please help me access the passholder site. Now I'm not gonna give away my pass number obviously, but mine is type 2 certificate, which goes

NB*** 05/02/2007 WDW:*** Tr:**** ****

I'm sure I have it all ok till the last 8 digits after Tr to put in. Somebody tell me exactly which numbers to put in from the last 8, I think I have tried every combo, although i clearly have missed something somewhere. Just tell me 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or something like that. thanks for any help you can give.

oh yeah, if this helps, the last box reads TR### then the box underneath says #...#####

You put all the number in that are on the ticket. Can you put the numbers in that should be after TR?

I did have trouble with the site the other day with my active pass it accepted it then when I went back late in the day it wouldn't and kept telling me invalid code
