AP holders get free 1 time Antarctica front of line pass

Hi there!

In case nobody has logged into their AP accounts on the Seaworld website lately, there is an offer for a free one time front of the line pass to Antarctica - Empire of the Penguin on the AP holder page when you log in.

Just a heads up!

Valid for a one-time front-of-the-line access to Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin® ride from May 1 - 31, 2014 based on availability
Limited availability
Children under 3 must have a reservation and meet all ride restrictions. Pass Members are limited to two under 3 child reservations per one adult/supervising companion (14 years or older)
Date cannot be changed or cancelled once reservation is made
Redeem eVoucher at kiosks for ticket
Pass Member must show ticket reservation and Annual Pass at ride for admittance
Name on eVoucher must match name on Annual Pass
One reservation per Pass Member and one-time use only
Fun Cards, Teacher's Study Passes and Friends and Family Passes not valid
Non-transferable, not for resale and may be revoked for misuse

Can I just use this time to reiterate how much I despise the pass member website since they redid it? I have a platinum pass and while I get most pass member emails from all the parks, anytime I login I can only see stuff from San Diego (which never offers any extras). So anytime you need to sign up for a ticket/voucher (like in the above case of Antarctica) I can never access it.

I feel like a good 50% of the time I see san diego as well. Logging in and out a few times usually gets it fixed. Glitch maybe?

I'm using at Mac so maybe I'll try on a different computer and see if it's different...

I have a platinum pass and never have that issue. It always defaults to Orlando for me. I am on a regular windows computer. It works on my phone too

Sorry, I should have been more clear. My pass is from San Diego, not Orlando.

Are you able to access/view the offers from the other parks via the pass member website when you are logged in? One example, I got the San Antonio pass newsletter with the offer for bring a friend free on 4/24 but when I click on the link in the email and it takes me to the website, the offer is nowhere to be found.

Question, when you are logged in and there is the drop down for "select a park" what shows up for you? All 11 parks? Just your home park? Your home park plus the current website park you are looking at?

I am able to view all passholder offers on the site. If I go to the offers/discounts pages I just select the park from the drop down and it brings all the offers up. Same thing with the events page it lets me select the park and see the events.

I am also signed up for all the parks newsletters so I get emails from all 11 parks on special offers and events.

No, I just have the basic Orlando AP.

I have the San Diego one too, and I have to same problem. I am not sure why. It irritates me, because when we went to Orlando in March, I couldn't access the offers. If anyone figures it out, I would like to hear it.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad/mad about this! So it ISN'T just me then....plus did you ever notice how ALL of the other parks have cool offers for pass members and with San Diego we barely get anything. I had the regular SeaWorld SD pass for two years from 4/2011-4/2013 and once I upgraded in 2013 and started seeing what the other parks get I was shocked!
