AP holders and Epic Universe

Anyone who had problems purchasing the 1 day tickets ever get a resolution? My app keeps telling me to continue setting up my account, but it is already completely set up. I am currently at IOA and guest services can’t figure out the problem either.

No - they finally admitted there was an issue. They were sending it to IT - but its still not working.
They sent it to IT on 11/4 and its still broken.

I am hoping Ill be able to get a single day ticket for opening if they go on sale to the general public or to Universal Credit Card holders.

I don't have high hopes for that.

You may be able to call in if you are looking for tickets later in the year.

Not the news I was hoping for. I am wondering if it has to do with me once having an account with a different email address. I am going to try calling tomorrow before I go back into one of the parks.

Did you ever get anything resolved because I am still experiencing the same thing.

Nope. I’ve talked to people both on the phone and in person and no one has been able to figure out what the problem is. I just hope I don’t run into the same problem if they offer tickets to a soft opening for AP holders.

I gave up on it. Did not renew my AP since they have been so useless in dealing with this.
Its a little concerning since they have always been amazing in the past, but this went on for months back and forth with no resolution.
Think I'm going to take a break this year, sill not sure on HHN - last year was mediocre at best.

I'll no doubt go back when there is an AP with Epic. I'm really looking forward to Epic, but if I am not there for the opening then I can wait till its running smoothly.
 
I have an AP. I bought a single day Epic ticket for Sept when I go down for HHN. I think I used the Universal website to buy it. I can see it in my wallet on the app.
 
I gave up on it. Did not renew my AP since they have been so useless in dealing with this.
I finally found a fix that works for me. Apparently Universal doesn’t like my email address which is through a fiber optic service. I also tried using my Yahoo account (this is my throwaway account for when I order stuff online, post to message boards, etc.) but that didn’t work either. I deleted everything and set up the account using my school email address (we get to keep it even after graduating) and that worked. I can finally buy a single day Epic Universe ticket. At this point I’m not going to though. I’m hoping for an AP soft opening. This whole process has been extremely frustrating.
 
I had to call the passholder line to order my tickets. They are very helpful.
