As a new DVC member, I'm unfamiliar with the way everything works. I heard the term "black out dates" recently. We bought annual passes with our first visit using the DVC. Are there black out dates in which we will not be allowed to visit the parks at Disney World with our annual passes? If so, what are those dates?

Not with APs or PAPs. FL Res passes do have black out periods.

The only DVC blackout periods are for pool hopping and those are usually around holidays.

Tables in Wonderland (TIW) does have blackouts for holiday meals.

Thank you soooo much! That had me nervous! Another good reason to no longer living in Florida...black out dates... I moved away from there 25 years ago. Thanks, again.

Not all FL Resident passes have blackout dates. Only the seasonal passes do. I have a FL Resident AP and it has no blackout dates and it was $20 less than the DVC Discounted AP.
