AP gone from MDE

Hi!

So I know that APs are supposed to be extended for days that the parks are closed. My AP expired on March 24, and is now deleted off my disney experience. Has this happened to anyone else?

I would not trust MDE.

Log out, trash your cookies, restart the device. Log back in.
If on the App, try the website.
If on the website, try the App.

If still no good, try later in the day.
If still no good, try calling Disney.

At the moment, Disney is not automatically extending APs in their systems until they get a better sense of a firm reopening date. Once they get a sense, you should see your AP reappear with the updated expiration. My AP still has its original expiration date listed, and that seems to be the case for all passholders I've heard from. Please keep in mind, multi-day tickets are a completely different situation.

They pushed out a major MDE update last week and it, um, to put it nicely, has some bugs to work out. Thankfully they did it when the parks weren't open. So I'd suggest you follow the steps Robo laid out above.

Not only have all five of our AP disappeared (expiration Nov), but so have two meal reservations in July and a reservation for a bungalow at the water park on July 4th. All my friends/family info isn’t there, nor any magic bands. The only thing not missing are our photos from previous trips in December and October.

For me, the app has been extremely glitchy over the last few days. I’ve had to delete and reinstall twice. If things don’t go back to normal, might want to try that.

I have an android with no major issues lately. Also signed in to MDE on my laptop with no troubles. My AP is still there, the only thing that is missing is FastPasses for our trip starting Saturday are now gone. But that doesn't matter. I'm surprised some dining and resort reservations are gone.

My AP expires on Nov 6 and its still shows on MDE
