AP from Platinum to Sorcerer's?

Hi, I'm trying to renew my AP, currently have a Platinum, but trying to renew to Sorcerer's. It is only giving me the increda-pass as an option? I'm fairly certain I can do the Sorcerer's right? (I am DVC) Thanks for any insight.

You have to call DVC Member Services to renew at the Sorcerer Pass level.

I was just able to do that by calling DVC Member Services, it was easy peasy.

FYI, we have always had to call MS or visit GR in person to renew or buy a DVC-restricted or DVC-discounted AP, e.g. the Gold or Sorcerer pass. I've never bought a higher level such as Platinum, but I believe you could buy/renew them online and get the DVC discount. Currently you can renew from a Gold/Sorcerer to an Incredi-Pass online and get the renewal price, but of course there's no DVC discount.

Yes, but MS will probably want him on the line, too.

I haven't had any problems renewing my DH's AP on the phone with MS, even when I'm not renewing mine at the same time.
