Would anyone be willing to check what the AP rate for AKL Pool View would be for 12/1-12/6? I really appreciate it! They used to let you view before renewing, but now not so much

I am thinking about buying an AP for my daughter (8yo) for our upcoming trip Nov 5-10 (she often goes again with my in-laws so I think it would save us money in the end). My question is A) We are staying in one of the suites at AoA. Is there an AP discount for those rooms? If so, does anyone know what the discount is? B) If she has an AP, can I book a room at the AP discount even though I can't book it under her name since she is a child? TIA for any advice!

Question... If you book early, can the discount be applied later? TIA
