I cant seem to find it now but I thought I read somewhere that people who had AP tickets prior to covid-19 would automatically get a 3 month extension added onto their AP to make up for the time the parks were closed. I just checked my AP tickets and the expiration date is still the original purchase date. Is this a must call type of situation or has anyone else's ticket automatically been adjusted.

I sent an email the other day, im going call tmrw.

I used the AP phone number when I called.

I was told I could not see the new date in my account but my file reflects the additional 3 months were added to my ap

I will be calling on the 14th as I plan to renew my ap plus get another 3 months added onto my expiration date.

That deal ends at the end of this month.

This has been my experience in the past - even before COVID - when they change you expiration date there is nowhere to see it.
People have also mentioned asking in chat for the date or you can also email them - I like to do that so I have the email with the correct date

Yes, u guys are correct. My AP has been extended but it will not show in my account on the universal app. Not sure why universal doesn't fix this type of issue but either way, its all good. Thanks
