AP expiration question

I know that the day you actually get your AP is the day it starts, right? I will order them before we leave, have voucher in hand. Then I get there, and turn it in for my pass. Is that the day it starts, or is it the first day I actually use it? We will arrive Tuesday, get the pass that day and use it for the first time Wednesday.

So, lets say I activate it on the 22nd of June, Can I use it June 22nd 2006 or is it up the 21st?

The AP is good from the day you get it - which in your case would be Tuesday - even if you do not use it until wednesday - however, it is good for 366 days - I believe this is to allow for a leap year - so your pass will be good until June 22, 2006 - I got my AP on October 23, 2004 & the expiration is October 23, 2005
