Good Afternoon/morning. Just a little background, I have a DVC trip booked April 2021 using a 14 day ultimate park ticket (park reservations already made).
We're also planning to visit again in December 2021, it makes more financial sense to upgrade the 14 day UK ticket to a gold AP rather than buying another 14 day ticket for the December trip.
So, if my thinking is right, the best way to go about it, would be to upgrade my 14 day ticket over the phone sometime in December this year, so it will expire at the end of my trip in December 2021. My original plan was just to upgrade it in person during my April trip, but with the whole park reservation thing etc, i'll be able to make my DVC room booking in Jan, and therefore if I already have the AP tied to my account I can also make the reservations.
That seems a safer approach than, just upgrading it in April when i'm out there, and risking park availability issues in the December. I just wondered what other people thought would be the best way of going about this, sorry if that makes no sense!
