Hi,

For those of you that have AP's, DH and I are considering getting these but want to know what kind of rates would we get for staying on-site. Is it worth getting the full AP for the discounts? Do you stay on-site or mostly off-site with your AP?

Is there anywhere to find out online how much a room charge is at a DLRP hotel is and what the discount with the AP would be?

Thanks!

Not through DLP website unfortunately. You could try expedia for room only rate. For AP discounted rate you'll need to look at annual passport newsletter and phone the AP line :)

Thank you Cyrano! Can you tell me, I don't need an exact figure, but would it be worth getting the full annual pass if we were to stay onsite once and off-site a couple of times a year?

We live about 45 minutes from Ashford and Folkestone and as I keep trying to convince my husband, the magic is so near to us, we need to go more and often :)

To give you a rough idea of what the discount are for Dream passport holders -
At various times of the year we are offered 30% off Davy Crockett Ranch and 25% off Newport Bay, Sequoina Lodge, Hotel Cheyenne, and santa fe . These rates are available at certain times.

I can't find the link for the annual passport magazine but all the dates are in there (unfortunately in french)

Those sound pretty good! Will definitely take advantage of the strong Euro and buy these soon!

Hotel discounts depend on your type of pass.

The cheaper Francilien and Fantasy passes have less discount than the most expensive dream pass.(In fact I'm not sure you even get discount with the Francilien):confused3

We have had three holidays from ours (costing roughly £80 each) and have stayed each time at the Marriot for between 99-207E per night (for up to 6 people) each time . Although I think you can get Disney hotels for around £80 a night upwards. The DLH is not much cheaper (if any) than a package though. The best deals are usually on the Cheyenne , NB and Davy Crockett ranch.

If you are going to the park to buy and want another 10% discount please PM me and I'll send you some sponsor forms. This would also benefit us by giving us free months added to our current passports.

We always stay offsite so don't benefit from the hotel discounts but I still think it's worth buying them. In fact we only use the passes for counter service discount as I use my shareholders discount for table service and shopping. The best part is costing out any subsequent trips in the year and realising you don't have to buy any park tickets!:yay: Oh and the other thing we loved was being able to get into the park early (Dream passes).
