AP Discounts for 2004?

Hi everyone!!!

We finally bought our AP last night at the Disney Store!

I've read on the posts that there are alot of discounts/benefits that comes w/ it. Like 20% off the Spirit of Aloha, which we have ressies for this Dec. Can I call WDW Dining and give them the AP VOUCHER number and still get my 20% off?

And can I look into getting room discounts for 2004 w/ just the voucher (before even activating it at the gates?.

Sorry, this is our first AP and we want to be sure we're doing the right thing.

Unless you have to prepay for the dinner, it does not matter if you have the actual pass or not. The discount comes off at the time of payment. If you have to prepay, tell them you have an annual pass voucher.
You can get the discounted rooms with the voucher. Just tell them you want the annual passholder rate. You don't have to read them any numbers.

Are you sure you can just call Disney, tell them you have an annual pass, and get an annual pass discount on rooms? As far as I know, the discounts for 2004 haven't been announced. When I asked for AP discounts on room reservations for 1/04, the Disney rep said she knew nothing about any such AP discounts...

hopefully this is right but 2 cms, one in customer relations following up on a problem I had, told me they would not be out till Dec, probably the middle but said to start checking the first.

Yes, that is correct. They will not ask for any verification at the time of booking but you MUST have the AP (or AP voucher) with you when you check-in.
