AP Discounts at hotels

We are tentatively planning 2 trips to DLR next year, one for 3 or 4 days in July or August, and then for the Avengers weekend in November for 4 days, so we are going to buy APs. I know there's a 10% discount on merchandise and food, but I can't seem to find any info on AP discounts for on site hotels, though they say they exist. Is it 10% also? Do any Good Neighbor hotels offer AP discounts?

I haven't figured that 10% deal out. Because when we went last year there was no discount at the PPH for us (not even 10%).

When you have an active AP, you can access their AP hotel rate calendar. It only goes out a few months, and sporadically has reduced rates. They are still relatively high IMO. You do not get 10% off whenever you book.
Some offsite hotels that I can think of that offer a discount is HoJo and CCI.

Offsite hotels like the Anabella and Ramada maingate offer AP discount. The ramada even offers early check in (1pm) and late check out (2pm) for AP holders.
