AP Discounts and rate provided for BC

I calld Disney Travel (had a pin from an e-mail) and asked about rates for the week of Feb 20th and March 20th. The Pin did not apply for that date (although she stopped me before I gave her the whole one) She priced 6 nights at the BC standard room and 10 day non expiring park hoping tickets. Total prices was $4,387. I then asked her to price the same thing with an annual pass and discount on the room and 3 10 day non expiring park hoping tickets. this priceed to $4,395 wiht the room rate of $2,776. There appears to be no discount although she indicatd one was applied.

Does this seem right? If I add a meal plan (additional $911) what would a AAA discount look like. I want to do the most affordable stay at BC but there don't appear t be any discounts...

For how many people? all adults or children too?

It is for 4 people - self, DH, DS - 16, DD - 14.

checking 6 nights 2/20-2/26 the AP room rate for a standard view is $1,886.64

3 adult 10 day passes with park hopping non expiring without water parks is $1,204.53

Thanks Dcgrumpy. that is quite different then what I was told as the total including AP would be aprox 3,505. That saves almost 900 dollars. That would cover food.

How would I know for sure if the AP rate would be there if I buy the AP? Would I still go through Disney travel? I really appreciate you checking the price for me!!

You can book the AP rate before you buy the AP. I would call Disney CRO back, ask them for the AP rate for the nights and resort you want, and if it's available and the price is right - book it. As long as you have your AP or voucher in hand when you check in, you will get the AP rate. (If you only have the voucher, you will probably have to go to the front desk during your stay to show them your activated AP pass, but shouldn't be a big deal) Good luck!
