AP discounts and flyer codes

Help!!! I am going to Disney in May with my mom and DD. We are staying at POP and I tried applying the AP discount to my reservations and was told I will have to move because we are staying in a preferred room!!!! Why? We can stay at All Star but we would really prefer POP.
Also, we got a flyer in the mail the other day but my dad trashed it!!!! Yikes!!!! What can I do to get another or find out what it had on it or what the dates were?

You can call CRO and they should be able to find the code attached to your name.
