AP Discount Question

The discount online says that if you buy a pass for a friend you get 10% off a one day pass. Do you have to do this online or at the gate?

Go too guest service to the right hand side of each park entrance!!
I never done it online...

All of the AP discounts are done at the gate. You get 10% off a one park pass and 15% off the two park pass.
