Is there a discount for Annual Pass holders who buy tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party?

Yes, I believe it's about $10 off. You may have to buy in advance though.

There are also some party nights where the discount is not be offered. They normally have a listing of which nights are excluded on MVMCP page if you access if from your AP account.

Nope I was wrong. It's more like $5 off.

The Passholder discount for this event is available on the following nights:

November 8, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 28, 30
December 2, 3, 5, 9

This came straight from Disney's website. And as the PP said, it's $4 off the advanced purchase price and $10 off the day of event price but you have to buy them in advance and they are not available on-site (again all of this straight from Disney's website).
