DH and I are doing a short trip to WDW next week. I am thinking of doing the MVMCP on Nov 13th (an AP discount elgible night), but am not sure DH will want to yet, so don't want to purchase tickets in advance.

Can you still get the AP discount at the gate or do you have to do an advanced purchase to receive it?

TIA

And a couple more questions from someone else if its o.k.

Can an AP holder buy more than one MVMCP ticket at a discount? What is the discount?

Adding more questions....:rotfl:

I am an AP holder - how do I go about getting the discounted tickets for MVMCP?

TIA! :goodvibes

The way they word it is deceptive. It's $10 off the full day of event price, not the advance price. So it's really only about $3 off since you must purchase them in advance.

HERE'S a good question that might get me flamed:

Each AP holder can buy up to 3 more tickets? So, if my DD4 also is a passholder, can I technically use HER AP to buy 3 MORE? I know she's only 4, but Disney AP's aren't cheap, we pay crazy money for a 4 year-old, IMHO!! Does she get the benefits a regular AP holder gets?

I think a CM might have to be asked for this one!!

Yes, if she's going to go up to the window and pay for them.

"Advance" need only be the day before the event, assuming the event is not sold out. I usually wait until our trip to buy so I can have some idea about which night has the best chance for good weather.

Good to know. I will be there next Monday and Tuesday and the first MVMCP is on Tuesday, and I'm undecided on whether or not to go. Have to drive to Sarasota for business at the end of the night. Now I can wait until Monday to decide!
