AP Dining Discount All Star Resorts

I am at the All Star Music for a couple of days before heading to AKV. It's interesting to note that while the 20% AP dining discount is available at the Mara, it is not available at any of the All Star quick service restaurants. (Also, here at the All Star, there is a charge for cream cheese while at the Mara cream cheese is available in the condiment / utensil area after paying).
