How much does it cost to get the AP card ? Tryen to find best overall deal for trip this year...

A regular annual pass costs $403.64, including tax. This pass includes admission to the MK, Epcot, MGM, and the AK.

A premium annual pass costs $531.44, including tax. This pass includes admission to the MK, Epcot, MGM, Epcot, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and Disney Quest.

You can save big bucks on hotels (I'm saving almost $400 off of rack rate for a five night stay at the POFQ--it's about $70 cheaper than the rate I got with my Diseny Visa). You can also use it for savings on merchandise at the World of Disney Store, guided tours, dining at some locations, and other things. I find that the savings tend to pay for most of the AP if I go a couple times during the year. It definitely pays for the extra expense of the pass, anyways.

Hope that helps :)

Just remember that it isn't a guarantee that there will be AP rates. When they are released it is first come first served till they run out. There is only a certain amt. of AP rooms available.

If everyone wants to use teh card to get into the parks does everyone need a card or does just one person need a card?

An annual pass isn't a "discount" card, it is your actual ticket for the year to get into the parks. It happens to offer discounts to different places, and occassionally discounts for the resorts. I hope that helps to clear things up! When you purchase your AP, you are purchasing a park ticket for the year.
When you purchase a voucher, you are paying for your ticket, but until the first day of use it is still a voucher and your days aren't counted until you activate it.

The AP is just a ticket to the parks which are good for a year... so unfortunately each person would need one. And as stated before there is no telling if there will be AP rates offered at any particular time.

The annual pass allows one person into the parks for an entire year. If you are planning on going for more than eight days in one year, it saves you some money.

Some people buy an annual pass for one member of there party, and use that to get the discounted room. The discounts on dining can be used for several people (I can't remember how many--it's you and up to a certain number of guests).

You can get all members of you party an annual pass, or you can get one for yourself, and get everyone else park hopper passes.

Hope that helps :)
