AP Deluxe discounts

What exactly are the discounts for the Deluxe AP?

I got this bit of info somewhere...is this still true?
Deluxe AP
10% Dining Discounts at:
~Disneyland: Plaza Inn, Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port, French Market, Rancho del Zocalo

~California Adventure: Taste Pilot’s Grill, Pacific Wharf Café, The Lucky Fortune Cookery, Cocina Cocamonga, Bountiful Valley Farmer’s Market

This is what I have understood:

With a Deluxe AP you get 10% discount at all dining in DLR (with the exception of ODV carts)

You just don't get any discount on merchandise.

I got a discount at Build A Bear with my Deluxe AP the other night. I think it was 10%
