AP Code users help please?????

Hi Everyone,

My dilemma is booked BCV from 6/29 - 7/5 now we are thinking of adding on 2 nights prior. I just used an AP code for a resort stay in October and got great rates.

So my question is.... Have you used a code for a late June early July stay and if you have what was the rate/resort you received? I don't know if I should buy points or wait for a code?

If you're really set on staying at BCV, I'd rent the points. There is no guarantee that BCV will be available with a code/AP rates, since there is limited cash reservations available at BCV since it's a DVC property. Also, it sounds like you want to stay around 4th of July, which is a VERY busy time for WDW. I wouldn't wait, because you most likely will end up in a different resort.

I don't mind switching resorts. That way I get to decide which ones I really like. We are only staying @ BCV for 6 days and then switching to OKW for 5 more then on to Hard Rock for the last 2-3 nights.

I appreciate your response. Anyone else??

The best AP rate that we have gotten in late June early July was $169 a night plus tax for a standard view room at the BWI.

Thats exactly what I needed to know. I guess I should expect that for most deluxes. I appreciate your response. I'm may look into a cabin @ FW.
