AP Certificate

Ok, I bought a AP in Jan. on the Disney web site with the pretense of making 2 trips to Disney on 2010 and with the additional hope of a better room discount . Disney sent me an exchange certificate to exchange for my AP when we arrive. Life can't be predicted and we may not get to make either trip If we don't go and thus we don't exchange the certificate for a pass what happens to the certificate? Does it still expire after a year, can I sell it etc?

No, it won't expire until a year after you exchange your certificate for an AP (or more if they are still doing the extra 3 months.)

So even if you have your certificate, and have paid right? The time frame doesnt start until you change in the certificate at the park?
