AP Blackout Ticket Question

If I pay the $30 to use my AP on a blackout day, does that $30 cover entry to both DL and DCA?

Yes it does. We did this last summer and were able to go to both parks.

Do I have to wait till that day to buy one? Like we get there on a Thursday and the blockout is Saturday, can I buy it the first day or only on Saturday? Thanks

If Disneyland is max out, your pretty much stuck with DCA
