AP Best Rate and CBR requests ?

Got a great BRP at CBR and I am very happy with the rate.

Two questions please: O

1 - on room requests if anyone can help. I usually book over the phone to get guaranteed non-smoking for medical reasons - can I add this to BRP?

2 ` location, I gave up a preferred room for the great rate - what are the closest rooms to the main food court area that are non preferred - does anyone know?

FWIW I need non-smoking so if it means giving up a good location I am willing, just want to know how to ask my request and how to prioritize them. Since it is me and my young dd's being close to the food court is great - non smoking is critical.

Jamaica or Aruba are good locations if you don't want to pay extra for a preferred location.

FWIW it isn't that I don't want to pay extra - I would in a minute. The issue is that it isn't available with BR

So can I request a preferred location through BRP - it wasnt' an option at booking and can I get non-smoking guaranteed - anyone know?

There are very few smoking rooms at CBR -- Safetymom has the numbers listed in the CBR FAQ's listed in her signature -- make sure you check those out, because they're full of great information. Regardless, I'm sure CBR CM's will accomodate you at check-in. My DS14 is very allergic to smoke and we had no problem at all with wanting a non-smoking room at check-in.

As for location, if you can't request preferred location, then follow Safetymom's advice, and look at Jamaica or Aruba... they're both a short walk across the bridge.
