AP and TIW Renewal Dates

For example, if I have an AP and TIW that expires October 1st, how long (if any) past October 1st do I have to renew in order to get the renewal price as a DVC member?

AP renewals can be purchased up to 30 days after expiration of the previous AP. The new AP will expire one year from the date the original AP expired, though, not from the date you purchased the renewal.

TIW doesn't have a renewal discount; you buy a new one. So that can be done anytime after the old one expires. It has to be done in person.

AP's period during which you can renew runs from 60 days before expiration of current AP to 30 days after that expiration date. You never renew TIW but instead buy a new one when you arrive at WDW for the first trip during which you want to use it. Your TIW does not expire October 1, so check for its actual date which should be the end of a month, and if you purchased it October 1, 2015, or purchased it on any other day in October 2015, its expiration date will be November 30, 2016.
