AP and Free Dining

I was just wondering.... I am an AP holder and I booked the free dining for 9/14-9/17. With the package we had to purchase the 1 day myw base ticket but we won't be using it b/c we already started our AP for the year. What is everyone doing with this extra ticket? It costs quite a bit to upgrade it to not expire. I was just curious what other AP holders are doing or if AP holders just avoided this package.

That ticket will not expire unless you activate it. Have it separated from your keycard, or don't use your keycard to enter the park, just use your APs.

You can hold the 1 day ticket until it's time for a new AP, then you can upgrade the ticket for the AP.

I was able to upgrade a 1 day base ticket in September towards a renewal AP.

one day tickets don't expire if you don't use them...save it for when you need to renew your AP and the cost of a 1 day ticket will be credited toward the purchase!
