I have searched and searched and have found completely conflicting answers to this question so would love a definitive answer!

If I book with an AP and get an AP discount and add dining (paid for not free!) which I know I can now do, do I still need to buy any park tickets for the rest of the party? Some people say that everyone else still needs at least a one day ticket and others say they don't need any ticket as long as dining is paid for every person on the reservation.

So who is right???

No. You don't have to buy ANY tickets with the Annual Passholder dining packages. Only the person in whose name the package is reserved needs to have an AP. If others in the party don't have APs, they can buy their tickets wherever they want.

So, if all the people on the reservation have dining but one person has a pass and the others have tickets, how do you use your credits for dining since not everyone has a KTTW?

Everyone listed on your room reservation (3 and older) gets a room key (KTTW). Your dining credits are loaded on the KTTW. We are always passholders and have used the DDP many times.

Thanks Mary and everyone else for answering my question - I am thrilled I don't have to buy everyone a ticket now to get dining :yay: (we already have spare tickets to use up!)

Everyone will have a KTTW card, they just won't have tickets on them. They'll be room key & dining plan.
