hi, Just a silly question. We'll probably be going to WDW in oct 2012 and i was just curious: is it best to now already buy our discounted AP and reserve our DDP ? will the prices potentially change of eithe of these two ? anyone any idea if price changes happen generally in a specific period of the year ? thanks

AP & park ticket prices may go up. The DDP contracts are already set for 2012, so it is extremely unlikely that there will be an increase during the 2012 calendar year for the DDP.

thanks
Is it also correct what the cm said, that if i buy the pass now, it'll only get activated from the first time i use it and then it'll be valid one year ?

If you pre-purchase by phone or on-line, you will have to go to Guest Relations to get your actual AP. The clock starts ticking on the AP when the CM hands it to you.

For DDP, if Disney is offering it for free do DVC members get it free also.

The "free" DDP promotion only applies to full price cash rooms on a package. DVC is considered a Room Only reservation and also already discounted, so the promotion does not apply. There is no advantage to Disney Parks in offering free dining to DVC members. The purpose of free DDP is to fill otherwise unused cash rooms.
