AP Alamo discount

I read on Mousesavers that Alamo offers a 20% discount for AP holders. I called Alamo and passholders and did not really get the help I needed. So here I am.
Does anyone know how to apply the code?
Where is the code?
Do I use my passholder number (that didn't work) or is there a specific coupon code that should be applied?
Any guidance is appreciated.
