I still haven't gotten the 2,000 points for the aol trial that I did over a month ago. I emailed member care about it and of course, they are asking for my email confirmation. I don't have anything like that. I just downloaded it onto my computer from the link at mypoints.
I was confused b/c it said to be sure and use the email address from mypoints but they never ask you for another email address in the registration process. Which makes sense b/c aol gives you an email address, so why would they need another one from you. So I don't have any sort of confirmation email from them to prove that I did sign up.
I figured mypoints could tell from the links that I had downloaded aol. And I recall someone on this board saying all they did was download it. They never even set it up and still got the points. Does anyone know what I can do to prove I did the free trial?
