The buildings at AoA, except LM, have indoor corridors like a hotel rather than the walkways of the Pop's motel-like buildings. I stayed at Pop and toured AoA, neither one seemed hectic to me and I ate in both food courts.
I think from a capacity perspective, POP has the potential to be more crowded. All of the buildings have the standard rooms, which have a maximum occupancy of 4.
The AoA Family Suite rooms have a maximum occupancy of 6, but take up the space of two regular rooms. 7 of the AoA buildings are suite only, three are the same as POP. So in theory, the AoA should be less crowded.
