AoA vs All stars movies

OK who has stayed at both? We stayed at AOA 2yrs ago used transport it was fab. Looking at returning Oct 17. Price for 3of us is coming out about 300 quid more than all stars movies. Is AOA worth 300 quid more? Is the transport just as good at movies? (Or sports). This is the package price with tc. Thanks.

We've stayed at both, and whilst Movies is the best of the All Stars IMO, I'd pick AoA over it just because of the location and transportation.
Have you looked at Pop Century? It would be our first pick of the Value resorts - it's located next to AoA and the combination of a good price and location make it our choice.

Have stayed twice at all star movies (28 days total) and 1 night at A of A. Liked both resorts, foodcourt is better at A of A.

What is the dining deal - is it free breakfast at both resorts? Have you priced a moderate resort which will give you free QSDP? I'd price disney direct for the hotel/tickets and free ddp and budget say £500 each for flights - you may do better than the package price.

I've stayed at both, I personally prefer AoA.

Room sizes are pretty much the same if you are going to stay in the Little Mermaid rooms at AoA. The room theming is much better at AoA than ASM, although both grounds are amazingly themed. The rooms in ASM are looking a little tired now compared to the fairly new AoA.

The little mermaid rooms are a fair hike from the food court and bus stops at AoA so if being close to them is a priority, I'd consider spending the extra money on a preferred room at ASM. We found the buses to be equally good at both hotels and never waited more than about 15 minutes, even when they stopped at every all star resort.

The pools at AoA are definitely better than ASM, as is the food court and the location of AoA is better as it is closer to most of the parks and it is next to hourglass lake which is really nice to walk around.

Staff at both resorts were amazing and you'll have an amazing time whichever resort you choose! Have fun!
