AoA requests...

I've booked a LM room for my August trip and called to put requests on. Very simple, just 4th floor, lake view. The girl said "There is only parking lot or courtyard", so I went with courtyard.

But I know there are rooms that face the lake as I've walked around there when I stayed at Pop one time. And on ************** "lake view" is clearly on the online check-in requests.

I plan to check off highest floor and lake view, and I've configured my Touring Plans fax with 4th floor and Lake View clearly stated and evidenced by my sample rooms...

But should I call back and see if I can find someone to put the request on to say Lake View rather than Courtyard? (I'm assuming the girl this morning was new because she was consulting something to see what she "could" put down.) Has anyone had luck even getting a CM to put Lake View as a request?

I wouldn't worry about it. By the time you call back, you'll probably be booked at CBR again anyways.

Seriously though, if they won't write down lakeview the next time you call, just say fourth floor and request a lakeview building. You've already put down lakeview on touring plans, so don't sweat it.
