Anyway to get the 40% discount by phone?

I want to book for Aug but want to pay just deposit today. I can't see an option online to pay a deposit and it says the 40% is a web offer.

Anyway round this?

I did mine over the phone - said I had seen the 40% offer online and I got it at the same price.

Another quick question, I assume the deposit 10% but if I add the half board plus do I have to pay this in full as well as deposit?

Hummm I was told they couldnt quote this untill after the 23rd Feb untill then it would only be online......

I've been told twice this morning that the offer is online only and not applicable to telephone bookings, was even advised to cancel my original booking (at a cost of £358) and rebook online, I declined.

Just to clarify I am asking about the summer offer, and actually it doesnt mention only being able to book on web.

The Summer offer(booking untill 30th sept) is what I am talking about, when i phoned the lady gave me a quote and told me about all the offers available for her to use. I then asked about the 40% off discount and she found the details (if did take her a while to source them)and said that at the moment its a new offer they are doing with the Mickeys Magical Party promotions and the details said they weren't able to over the discount over the phone until after the 23rd Feb but untill then we could book online.

How odd...I did it fine, paid my 10% and have got my booking confirmation.

I spoke to a guy called Jasper on Thursday evening. I said I wanted prices and had seen that online there was the 40% offer and he gave me the exact same price.

Hummm thats why I like to booking online... I never believe I'm being told the truth on the phone....they just want to you to pay more.

Yeah I wasnt, on the phone I was quoted the full price and told they couldnt get the 40% off.
