I have some nonexpiring tickets from a trip we took in 2002. There is no phone number/website address listed on them. Does anyone know of anyway to find out how many days remain? ( I know there is one left for sure) Thanks.

There is no way to check the days remaining on tickets, by telephone, fax, or email. This can only be done in-person, at WDW.

i believe that if you call the CRO office at 407-W-DISNEY, listen for the prompt for tickets, they may be able to help you.

otherwise, if the tickets have to be scanned to check the remaining days, the only other place that can scan it besides the guest services at the parks, is at guest relations in down town disney.

maybe someone at the reservations office can direct you in the best possible way to do that...

let us know what you find out! :)

They no longer will provide any such information over the telephone, jenjen.

We've checked old tickets at the Disney Welcome Center in Ocala, FL before. Hope that helps.

I believe the Welcome Center in Ocala is now closed.

Gosh, I'm just the proverbial stick-in-the-mud, today, aren't I?

On our trip a few weeks ago, we had several passes with days on them, and we had them checked at guest services at the Boardwalk resort. I called before our trip, and I was told that the only way to get them checked is by bringing them to WDW and checking them in person.

The only way to check them, that i know, is to take them to the Guest Services center at Epcot. That's what i did 2 weeks ago and they were able to provide me the information ASAP. 2 years ago they were able to do it at Guest Relations at DTD; not sure if they still have the capability to do that.

I believe you can do this not only at the theme parks and DTD. I think you may also be able to do this at the hotels, but I'm not sure about that.

years ago I got in the habit of writing the days left on the back of all ticket media. This required a trip to Staples to find a pen (it looks like a thin black sharpie but it has indelible ink) that could write on plastic. When I was without my trusted pen, I've even had luck with a good old ball point Bic. I was rewarded by never having to guess "days left" again. I simply cross out and update tkts each day I'm in the world. There is plenty of room on the back of your ticket for this so long as you write small. :wave2:

Old tickets can be checked at any Disney resort Concierge desk (including at the Swan & Dolphin), at any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or DTD, or at any theme park ticket window.

Depending on how busy they are, they may limit you to checking as few as four. It is also possible that they may ask you something about the prvious usage of each ticket (the month/year of last usage, what park it was used at, etc) to verify that it is in fact your ticket before giving you the information.
